History

Julian Church & Associates (JCA) was founded in 2001 and have developed from initially being a sole employee/practitioner to our current size. Workload has been focused in niche sectors of restaurant and bar construction but also in retail, health, education and local authority works, which follows the previous work and experience of the founding director Julian Church.

Born in London, Julian was educated in Sussex before studying part time for a degree and professional qualifications, whilst in employment for professional quantity surveyors in London and then on the South Coast. On founding the company, Julian instigated a very personal but professional level of service and advice which is now the ethos of the company to this day.

We have maintained and built upon our client base from our initial beginnings due to acknowledgement of how we service the needs and expectations of our clients. We have grown from these beginnings to have a core staff of experienced professionals capable of providing the professional service and advice that Julian sought on founding the company. Todays projects range from bluechip high street names to affordable local restaurants to private homes and also educational, community and health sectors.
