National Gallery Cafe

13th July 2017 by staceylime

The vision of prominent Belgium designer, Ramy Fischler the new restaurant reflects its context. Banquet seating is presided over by huge Mediterranean sky scenes, images taken from Claude-Joseph Vernet’s A sporting contest on The Tiber at Rome. These hang opposite the restaurant’s windows and are illuminated beautifully by natural light. The new space is bright, airy and contemporary. Working with Sodexo/ Peyton & Byrne, JCA provided QS/ PM/ CDM-A services.
Located in the magnificent National Gallery, the National Café is one of the most charming & elegant restaurants in London. The restaurant and associated more relaxed ‘grab and go’ was conceptually redesigned by RF Studio with design detailing & development instigated by Brown Studio for our client of Peyton and Byrne/ Sodexo. We provided QS and Project Co-ordination services.
