Julian Church & Associates (JCA) are Quantity Surveyors by profession, however unlike some traditional private surveyors, we are a niche sector organisation with a multi-service approach.
Project Management
Project management is an established discipline which executively manages the full development process of a project.
Health & safety
The CDM Regs 2015 created the role of Principal Designer with a remit for effective co-ordination and communication of Health and Safety during the design & preconstruction phase of a project.
