Julian Church & Associates (JCA) was founded in 2001 and have developed from initially being a sole employee/practitioner to the current size.
JCA has been based at its Bath Place address for most of its existence, although quickly adapted the delivery of projects from not just the UK but to also Northern Europe.
JCA have worked with companies such as Caffe Nero (Sweden initial 10 units) and Adidas in entire Scandinavia and Benelux countries, whilst at home, have provided services to companies from abroad coming to the UK including the initial 7nr units for Chipotle.
JCA have worked extensively in the hospitality sectors working to help create a lasting impression on the high street advising hospitality stakeholders and entrepreneurs; other sectors of works have included healthcare (extensive prolonged work with Varian in UK for cancer treatment as part of turnkey team), educational, residential & community structures.
First acknowledged for ISO 9001 in 2005, JCA recently (2022) received acknowledgement for responsible community and business for good through B Corp accreditation. We believe we are the first, if not one of the first Quantity Surveying companies in the UK to receive this accreditation.
We have maintained and built upon our client base from our initial beginnings due to acknowledgement of how we service the needs and expectations of our clients. We have grown from these beginnings to have a core staff of experienced professionals capable of providing the professional service and advice that Julian sought on founding the company.
