Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Georgia studies at Portsmouth University on a day release basis, currently in her fourth year of a five year Degree Apprenticeship. Previously an apprentice surveyor in private practice, Georgia joined JCA in 2025.
Day to day activities are to provide assistance with pre and post contract measurement and reporting, whilst also undertaking valuations and cost analysis of works. Georgia will attend site and assists with the general contract administration of projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing value, delivering process
- General construction Quantity Surveying measurement and valuation
Outside of the office, Georgia enjoys reading and football where she is a follower of the dark side of SW6. Although she doesn’t have a pet of her own, she loves animals and appreciates when Milo is in the office.
