Approx 370m2, unit is made up of Ground floor FOH / main kitchen and mezzanine for customer toilets and prep areas. Situated in popular Highcross shopping centre, in the open mall, the fit out involved extensive strip out including original Byron Burger kitchen. All FOH areas were given full refurbishment to all walls including larch and burnt wood and new ceramic tiles and Altro flooring. Works package also included design and installation of delivery service lift to 1st floor and adapting one of chiller rooms to FF. New external awning and signage completed project.
