Works: The works comprised of the refurbishment of the existing Gaucho restaurant to refresh and enhance the space through the replacement of selected fixtures, fittings, finishes and limited services installations. The design retains the character and heritage of the existing building while introducing a refreshed and contemporary restaurant environment. The open kitchen provides a focal point and interactive element within the restaurant, while the overall design maintains the established Gaucho identity through references to Latin American influences and materials.
