Works: The scope of work comprised of a complete refurbishment within the existing terrace of 3 cottages including the replacement of all existing windows and doors to make 3 modern cottages ready for new tenants. Upgrades to the external building fabric and ground slab. Internal steel and a complete internal fit-out, incorporating new finishes, fixtures, fittings, and associated building services. The project also included a refurbishment of the outside areas to make 2 modern gardens at the back of the property and a driveway.
